Plaintiff in error, Norbert Hurry, was indicted in the circuit court of Winnebago county for the crime of burglary and larceny. He was tried before a jury and convicted of the crime of burglary and sentenced to confinement in the penitentiary. He seeks a reversal of that conviction, and, while many errors are assigned, relies upon the following: (1) the evidence was insufficient to justify a conviction because it was based upon confessions improperly obtained; (2) the court improperly admitted proof of the commission of other crimes by defendant; and (3) the court gave erroneous instructions…
