The plaintiff in error, who was the plaintiff in the trial court, prosecutes error to this court from an adverse verdict and judgment and claims that she was prevented from having a fair trial in the lower court because certain jurors were permitted to be seated who were incapable of rendering a fair and impartial verdict.
