OPINION

DALTON, Chief Judge.

Claimant, Edgar W. Baltimore, brings this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405 *274(g) to review a final determination of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare dated January 28, 1966 denying him disability benefits and a period of disability. Claimant is forty-nine years old, is married and has seven children, four of whom are still living at home. Claimant’s address is given as Route 1, Dryden, Virginia, but his home is located approximately .two miles from Pennington Gap.
