THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendants Stuart L. Sagal ("Sagal") and Sagal, Filbert, Quasney & Betten, P.A.'s ("SFQB") Motion to Dismiss, or in the Alternative, Motion for Summary Judgment and Request for Hearing (ECF No. 7). This putative class action arises from a *597debt collection dispute between SFQB, a law firm representing The Maryland Management Company ("MMC"), and Plaintiff Crystal Jackson, a former MMC lessee.
