Charles Luningham has appealed from the entry of summary judgment for appellee, Arkansas Poultry Federation Insurance Trust, in this action to recover medical benefits. We affirm in part and reverse and remand in part.

Appellant is a poultry grower and has been a member of the Arkansas Poultry Federation for many years; as a member, he has been able to participate in a group health benefit plan that the federation obtained from appellee.
