Farren v. Farren
Connecticut Appellate Court
1Opinion of the Court
Opinion
ALVORD, J.
The defendant, J. Michael Farren, appeals from the trial court’s rulings on various post-judgment motions. On appeal, the defendant claims that the court (1) abused its discretion in denying his motion to open and correct the judgment, (2) improperly denied his motion to determine the date of the filing of his motion to open and correct the judgment, and (3) *147improperly denied his motion for an expedited order with respect to the distribution of benefits held in his supplemental executive retirement plan. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
