This is an appeal by the State Workmen’s Insurance Fund, defendant, from an order of the Workmen’s Compensation Board affirming the referee’s award of compensation to claimant. It involves an inoculation with anti-typhoid serum, which was administered by the physician of the employer and on employer’s premises. The death of claimant’s husband *680resulted from a previously existing heart condition which was aggravated and accelerated by the inoculation.
