THIS IS a Chapter 11 case commenced on July 15, 1987, by a voluntary petition filed by Hamlin’s Landing Joint Venture (Debtor). The matters under consideration are a Motion for Adequate Protection filed by Freedom Federal Savings & Loan Association (Freedom) and Motions to Authorize Use of Cash Collateral and to Fix Salaries of Officers filed by the Debtor.
