ORDER
Mark Lawrence, who previously worked as a truck driver, suffers from degenerative disc disease. Following a hearing to determine whether he qualifies for disability benefits, an Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) found that Lawrence could perform sedentary and some light work. On that basis, the ALJ denied Lawrence’s claim for benefits because, according to the ALJ, a significant number of jobs meeting his Residual Functional Capacity (“RFC”) exist in his regional economy.
