Joseph M. Coleman & Associates, Ltd., (“Coleman”) a Maryland corporation, has brought this action against Colonial Metals Co., (“Colonial”) a Pennsylvania corporation, claiming that Colonial failed to pay a consulting fee allegedly due Coleman in connection with the successful negotiation of amendments to a truck leasing agreement between Colonial and a third party, Penske Trucking Leasing, L.P.
