Plaintiff Meyn America, LLC (“Meyn”) moves to remand this state-law contract dispute, which Defendant Omtron USA, LLC (“Omtron”) removed to this court on the basis of diversity jurisdiction, to the General Court of Justice, Superior Court Division, in Chatham County, North Carolina. (Doc. 30.)
