The plaintiff in error, the Dunlap Hotel Company, prosecutes this writ of error to review a decree rendered by the circuit court of Sangamon county wherein it was ordered to specifically perform the terms of a certain contract for a lease of a hotel building known as the New Dunlap Hotel in Jacksonville, Hlinois.
