OPINION

BOYLE, District Judge.

This is an action for damages brought by Plaintiff, Leslie Weiss, against Defendants, Theodore Patrick, Jr., and Albert Turner, alleging a conspiracy under the provisions of 42 U.S.C. § 1985(3) together with pendant claims for damages for assault and battery and false imprisonment.

The Complaint was filed July 22, 1975. It alleges that Plaintiff is an active member in a religious organization, and is entitled to freely practice her religion but that Defendants conspired to deny Plaintiff equal protection of the law. Plaintiff alleges that Defendants actively…
