This is an appeal by respondent and its insurance carrier from the modification of an award in a workmen’s compensation case.
That appellee suffered an accidental injury to the right side of his head and neck on October 28, 1948, as a result of being struck by some tongs which also caused some deafness was not disputed in the original hearing and is not in controversy now.
