This is an original proceeding in prohibition brought by two of four defendants in the underlying case in which Jack L. Graver and his wife Sharon K., brought an action for actual and punitive damages and loss of consortium for injuries sustained by Mr. Graver in an accident involving an All Terrain Vehicle (ATV).
