Tbig is a contested will case. Tbe paper writing propounded for probate is alleged to be tbe holographic will of James H. Fugate, deceased. Tbe decedent was a small merchant and country postmaster, and kept bis office in bis store. Tbe paper in question was found after bis death in a-box in which be kept postage stamps and stationery belonging to tbe post office, there being at tbe time therein $65 in stamps and a package of blanks for receipts for registered letters, which, while in bis possession were tbe property of tbe federal government.
