Appeal from the Baltimore City Court (Dueey, J\). The defendant’s! thirteenth prayer, referred to in the opinion as having been refused, was as follows: “The Court instructs the jury that if they find that the plaintiff and the plaintiff’s husband are not living together, and that the cause of the separation between the plaintiff and her husband was díte to the plaintiff’s own conduct and through no fault of the defendant, then their verdict must be for the defendant.”

This is an appeal from a judgment of the Baltimore City Court entered November 8th, 1919, on the; verdict of a jury in favor of the plaintiff in an action on the case by Margaret A. Boland against Meta Annarina, for alienating the affection of John IT. Boland, the plaintiff’s; husband.
