This action was commenced in the district court of Garvin county on April 27, 1929, by the Exchange National Bank of Pauls Valley, Okla., a corporation, as plaintiff, against John W. Gibson, as defendant.

The plaintiff sought to recover the value of certain alleged personal property on the theory that the same had been wrongfully converted by the defendant. The trial of the case to a jury in the court below resulted in a verdict and judgment in favor of the plaintiff for the value of the property fixed at $287.50.
