Ees Paschal was convicted in the city court of Madison of the offense of obstructing legal process. The indictment charged Jack Paschal and Ees Paschal "with the offense of a misdemeanor, for that the said two named persons, in the county [of Morgan] aforesaid, on the 4th day of November in the year of our Lord 1913, with .force and arms, did knowingly and wilfully obstruct, resist, and oppose one W.
