This matter came before the court on November 23, 1988, for a pre-trial conference. The matter is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. §§ 1334 & 157, and was brought before the court by adversary proceeding under part VII of the Bankruptcy rules. Pursuant to the court’s order of November 30, 1988 the cause was not set for trial, but was decided on the documents, affidavits, and memoranda submitted.
