— Two juveniles appeal from separate adjudications which found that they had committed offenses which if committed by an adult would be crimes. The Court of Appeals, in these consolidated appeals, certified to this court the questions whether the statutory presumption of infant incapacity, RCW 9A.04.050,1 applies to juvenile *21adjudications, and if it does, what standard of proof is required to rebut the presumption.
