GUTIERREZ, Judge.

Anthony Kyle Smith appeals from the district court’s decision, on intermediate appeal, affirming the magistrate’s denial of Smith’s motion to suppress all evidence and statements obtained by the State. Smith argues the district court erred in affirming the magistrate’s denial of Smith’s motion because exigent circumstances did not exist to justify the warrantless entry of his shed, and he did not consent to the warrantless entry.
