This is a medical malpractice case for injuries sustained by the plaintiff when she jumped from the window of her hospital *706room. Originally, Doctor’s Hospital in Memphis was named as a defendant along with Dr. Leung, but on the morning of trial plaintiff voluntarily non-suited the hospital. At the close of plaintiff’s proof against the doctor, the Trial Judge directed a verdict for the defendant, Dr. Leung.
