Plaintiff, Earl Glenwright, a unit owner in a common interest community in Eagle County managed by defendant, St. James Place Condominium Association, appeals from the summary judgment that denied him the right to review certain records and awarded attorney fees to the Association. He argues that the trial court erroneously concluded that the Association was not required to produce records which it did not create and which it did not have in its possession.
