This action was commenced in the superior court for King county, by the plaintiff, a taxpayer, seeking an injunction restraining the issuance and sale of certain bonds of the port district of Seattle, which the commissioners of that district propose to issue and sell to procure funds with which to purchase property and construct improvements for the district. The defendants demurred to the plaintiff’s complaint upon the ground that the facts stated therein do not constitute a cause of action.
