Employers Reinsurance Corporation (“Employers”) appeals from the district court’s grant of attorneys’ fees and costs against Employers in favor of its insured, Stratford School District (“Stratford”). Stratford incurred these fees and costs in the course of its successful prosecution of a declaratory judgment action against Employers and several other insurance companies.
