The issue in this case is whether the insurance contract between the parties excludes coverage for certain of the plaintiff’s medical bills because she is eligible for Medicare. We hold that it does not.

The plaintiffs, Edward and Sally Trombly, have received medical insurance coverage under a group contract between Mr. Trombly’s employer and the defendant, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of New Hampshire-Vermont, since 1966.
