OPINION
CAFFREY, Chief Judge.
This is a civil action in which plaintiff, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Vermont, seeks to recover from defendant, a corporation whose state of incorporation is not alleged in the complaint, for certain customs charges paid by plaintiff to the United States. The duties were paid in connection with the importation of certain computer machinery from Canada to the United States.
