This is an original proceeding in prohibition. Petitioner was indicted by the grand jury of Washoe County for the erime of keeping a disorderly house in the City of Reno, contrary to the provisions of section 4920 of the Compiled Laws, making such offense a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not exceeding two hundred dollars or imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding three months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
