WELLS, Judge.

The defendants were indicted on charges of conspiring with numerous individuals to manufacture, to possess with intent to sell and deliver, and to sell and deliver heroin and on various charges of manufacture, possession with intent to sell or deliver, and sale or delivery of heroin. Thirteen other individuals 1 were also indicted on related charges, and the State’s motion to consolidate all seventeen cases was allowed.
