Upon the facts above stated the plaintiffs made, in substance, these claims in the trial court respecting the judgment to be rendered, both of which were overruled. First, that the plaintiffs were entitled to interest upon the amount of the reassessment made by the Superior Court January 20th, 1908, upon the plaintiffs’ appeal, from April 17th, 1907, .the date of the original assessment, to February 25th, 1908, when the orders for the amount of the reassessment were paid; with a possible deduction of the amount of the net profits of the land and buildings during said last-named period.…
