LeGRAND, Justice.
This appeal presents questions arising as an aftermath to earlier litigation in which Clifford Coleman recovered judgment against plaintiff in the amount of $30,-000.00 for damages suffered in an automobile accident on June 25, 1967.
At that time, plaintiff was insured by an automobile liability policy issued by defendant Farmers Casualty Company with personal injury limits of $25,000.00. Coleman’s claim against plaintiff was defended by Farmers Casualty Company, which employed Robert Culver, an attorney of Em-metsburg, Iowa, for that purpose. Since the prayer for damages…
