GIBSON, District Judge.
SYNOPSIS
The instant civil action is filed pursuant to the False Claims Act, 31 U.S.C. § § 3729-3733 (hereinafter “FCA”). The Plaintiff Relators Thomas Bartlett and Kimberly Gummo (hereinafter collectively “Plaintiffs”) allege that the various Defendants were complicit in a scheme to defraud the Government of money through their submission of false claims and statements under the Medicare, Medicaid and TRI-CARE/CHAMPUS programs and have retaliated against the Plaintiffs for their efforts in exposing these alleged illegal actions.…
