MEMORANDUM OPINION
JACK ROBERTS, Senior District Judge.
This case is before the Court on appeal from bankruptcy court. Having reviewed the record on appeal, the briefs of the parties, and the pleadings on file, the Court finds that the facts and legal arguments are adequately presented in the briefs and record and that its decision would not be significantly aided by oral argument.
