— In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the respondent Board of Parole fixing petitioner’s minimum period of imprisonment, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Dickinson, J.), dated August 4, 1981, which dismissed the petition. Judgment affirmed, without costs or disbursements. Petitioner was convicted, upon her plea of guilty, of manslaughter in the first degree, and sentenced to an indeterminate term of up to 15 years’ imprisonment.
