MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiff Douglas Chizmadia brought this medical malpractice action against defendants Smiley’s Point Clinic, Dr. Mark L. Norman, Dr. Mark L. Norman, III, Dr. D. Hamilton, Dr. D. DeGear, Dr. R. Wood-worth, and Dr. P. Sletten. Diversity jurisdiction is alleged. Now before the court are motions by defendants for summary judgment.
