MEMORANDUM OPINION

JAMES D. WALKER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on Motion For Relief From Stay filed by Gosh-en Realty, through its agent, Bristol Properties Corporation, (“Movant”), a creditor in this Chapter 11 case. This is a core matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(G). Based on the evidence presented and arguments of counsel, the Court will grant the Motion for Relief from Stay. These findings of fact and conclusions of law are published pursuant to Fed.R.Bankr.P. 7052.
