BUCKLEY, Circuit Judge:
These two cross-appeals stem from special verdict awards in favor of plaintiffs Daniel and LaShavio Faison, who claim they lost their Washington, D.C. home as a result of a fraudulent loan scheme. Although the jury was fully instructed on the matter of the joint and several liability of joint venturers, the special verdict form provided the jury precluded an explicit finding of joint and several liability.
