I respectfully dissent.
The appellees are claiming title through C. • N. Hodges to the Philippine estate of Hodges’ deceased wife, contrary to the judgment of the District Court of Hunt County, Texas, on July 10, 1963, vesting such estate in appellants. Appellants are entitled to injunctive relief to compel the appellees to respect and comply with that judgment.
