This termination of parental rights case was accepted for review to address whether the Court of Appeals erred in reversing the trial court’s order denying the Cabinet’s petition to terminate parental rights. The Court of Appeals held that the trial court’s findings of fact were clearly erroneous and that evidence in this case overwhelmingly supported termination. Upon review of the record, this Court finds that the trial court’s findings of fact were supported by substantial evidence and thus were not clearly erroneous. Therefore, the judgment of the…
