On December 20, 1938, the Southern Biscuit Company, Inc. filed its petition against Holt S. Lloyd, receiver of the Dunlop Mills, for an accounting and recovery of a sum attributable to processing taxes alleged to have been paid by it in the purchase of flour from the Dunlop Mills. Holt S. Lloyd and another were appointed receivers in 1932 by the Law and Equity Court of the city of Richmond in a suit therein pending under the short style of Warner Moore, Jr., et als. v.
