POWELL, Judge.

Under date of May 4, 1955, Clifton Hines filed in this court his petition for a writ of habeas corpus, alleging that he was illegally imprisoned in the State Penitentiary at Mc-Alester by reason of a verdict of guilty rendered in cause No. 1556, wherein petitioner was charged with the crime of murder. The name of the court where the charge was filed is not set out, nor is a certified copy of the information and the judgment complained of attached to the petition. The petition is not verified.
