MEMORANDUM-DECISION, FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW AND ORDER
This matter comes before the Court pursuant to a motion filed by Avis, Inc. and Avis Rent-a-Car System, Inc. (AVIS) requesting the Court to modify the automatic stay imposed by § 362(a), Title 11, U.S.C. (Code). AVIS moves the Court in accordance with the provisions of § 362(d)(1) of the Code. It seeks permission from the Court to terminate a series of license agreements it has with Gordon Car and Truck Rental, Inc. (Debtor) which conveys to the latter the exclusive right to use the name…
