— In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of North Castle which held that petitioner was required to obtain an average width variance and denied his application for such a variance, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Wood, J.), dated October 21, 1982, which, inter alia, granted the petition and decreed that petitioners’ proposed subdivision complies with the applicable zoning requirements.
