This was an action originally filed in the district court of Pitts-burg county, Okla., by Paul H. Jones, plaintiff in error, plaintiff below, as trustee in bankruptcy for the estate of F. L. Johnson, a bankrupt, aganst C. W. Crum, J.- D. Browder, Lee Pollock, G. M. Roberts, and the Mc-Alester Cattle Loan Company, a corporation, defendants in error, defendants below; and for convenience the parties will be designated as they appeared in the lower court.
