OPINION

{¶ 1} Plaintiffs-appellants, Dennis W. Smith (individually, "Smith") and his wife, Dana M. Smith (collectively, "appellants"), appeal from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company ("State Farm") and denying appellants' motion for partial summary judgment.1
