R.J.W. petitions for review from an order of the Department of Human Services (Department) that upheld an order of the Department’s Bureau of Hearings and Appeals (BHA), which adopted a recommendation by an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) denying R.J.W.’s request for ex-punction of an indicated report of child abuse under the Child Protective Services Law (CPS Law), 23 Pa.C.S. §§ 6301-6386.
