OPINION

JOHN S. ANDERSON, Justice.

Appellant, Herbert Ray Wilson, was convicted of capital murder and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. He appeals four points of error on this appeal. We affirm.

FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

On the night of September 11, 2007, appellant and several of his friends visited Tierra Humphries’ apartment. Hum-phries stated her female friends Kerri Hubbard and Alli’e Babers were also present.
