Appeals (1) from a decision and an amended decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed April 6, 1989 and December 13, 1989, which ruled that claimant sustained an accidental injury in the course of his employment, and (2) from a decision of said Board, filed May 31, 1990, which denied the application by the workers’ compensation insurance carrier for reopening and reconsideration.
