Petitioner and appellant, a physician and surgeon licensed by the State Board of Osteopathic Examiners, was found guilty of unprofessional conduct 1 in proceedings before the board and petitioner’s license and certificate to practice was suspended for a period of 30 days. Pursuant to section 1094.5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, appellant petitioned the superior court for a writ of mandate annulling the order of the board.
